Nama Sushi Bar- Knoxville

Was seated promptly and the server took our drink order. She returned in a reasonable amount of time and took our dinner order. She never returned to check on us until 45 minutes later when she brought our food. Granted it was a Saturday night, but the place was not overly crowded, so 45 minutes without anything is unacceptable. I ordered the ceviche. It was flavorful but finely chopped to the point of having been minced, and mostly tomatoes. The fish and shrimp were almost unidentifiable. I can not recommend ordering this item….it is not worth the price.

Our reservation request for a booth was ignored despite having the reservation for weeks. When we asked for a booth we were told they would need the open booths for larger groups than two. The ambiance was awful and the simple food order took 45 minutes to arrive. Me draft beer was hot nit warm and my wife’s drink was not made correctly. We used to dine here often, but this experience alters that.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

Delicious! best sushi ever! presentation is beautiful when you love sushi, stop!

Great location. hostess was good, not very personal. miso suppe was lukewarm. server seemed a little inexperienced, but good. sushi was good.
