Five Guys - Knoxville

Love this place and I'll blame it on inflation but quality and taste for me has left me unwilling to order again. I'm sorry, 5 guys, love you!

Just stopped in to pick up our order. We were greeted immediately by two different people. Since our order wasn’t ready, the manager offered if we would like something to drink while we waited. We declined but really appreciate this gesture and extra care given to the customer! Also love that the manager was out on the floor checking in with customers and wiping down tables. Very impressed with the service at this location!

Delicious patty on the burgers. Great service. Good tasting topping. Big choice of drink flavors.

First time coming in didn’t know what to order. The customer service was amazing got my food very quickly less like 3 minutes food was great ! Grilled cheese w a burger patty was FIRE!!!

I know people think five guys is high priced ,but if think about it the quality of the food is worth the extra price
