Restaurant bewertenSome of the best fish and chips I've had. Chips were crispy and far from dry, the fish was huge with great batter.
Nothing like freshly cooked fish and chips, especially as you break open the package for the first time and bet that burst of salt and vinegar that really gets your taste buds buzzing. The Tecoma Fish and Chips shop has been a local favourite for decades, although the ownership has changed a couple of times. The shop is always clean and bright and the staff friendly and keen to keep you happy. Food is always well cooked with a crisp batter on the fish and nice firm chips. In todays food conscious world this is perhaps an occasional treat rather than an everyday diet, but what the heck, on a cold day you can't get much better.
Quick service and good quality takeaway options. Friendly staff with a standard menu for a fish and chip shop.
I joined my wife for lunch at one of her favourite places for a light meal and coffee in the Valley, Les Amis.
This chic Parisienne-style cafe is housed in the ground level of an office block in the Valley.
