The Busy Locavore - Kitchener

I eat hear regularly for lunch. Food is always so tasty. Great combinations I wouldn't think of (squash on pizza, who knew??). Highly recommend the Pizza Wednesday's and the Burger on Friday.

If you love fish tacos be sure to watch the daily special on taco Tuesdays. Had the best tacos since our visit to Hawaii. The parsnip puree was incredible.

I've been here a few times and have been impressed with the food every time. For someone who's been a "competitive soccer mom" for 16 years and going, its refreshing to have fast food with such healthy options! Congrats on filling that much needed niche!

I have known about this restaurant since it opened as I work in the same plaza, I kept meaning to go in but never did. Finally, yesterday (03/30) I went in, there was a pizza special that day so I opted for that, the pizza was amazing, when I saw the size I thought maybe I should have ordered a salad to fill me up, thankfully I didn't though because the pizza was very filling (and delicious) . I enjoyed my visit so much I went back again today (03/31 the following day) and ordered the Japanese rice bowl, a brownie and a prepared mac and cheese to take home to my fiancé. The brownie and rice bowl were amazing,(mac and cheese yet to be determined but I'm sure will be great!) the quality of the food is superb, the quantity is also very sufficient, I completed my meals feeling satisfied and it did not leave my body feeling awful as other take-out places do- I actually feel great! Will definitely recommend others to come here

My wife and I just had lunch from the Busy Locavore. The food was excellent, and the service was fast and friendly. We had the Rice Box, which is big enough for two reasonably sized servings, a pulled pork sandwich and chicken soup. All of the food was excellent. The rice box was vegan while the soup and sandwich were obviously not. The quality and taste were great and well worth the price.I highly recommend the Busy Locavore. They also have frozen take out as well, if you want to pick something up at lunch and take it home for dinner.
