Villa Italiano Chophouse - Kissimmee

Ordered the special of the day but don’t think that’s what we got. Also, out of the soup of the day 10 minutes after opening and there were only 4-5 tables. We did enjoy what we got.

Our experience was outstanding. The food was exquisite. Every one of us enjoyed our meals and our server, Daniel, was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant.

How this restaurant has more than one star with so many ratings is a mystery to me. Our meal last night was nothing short of TERRIBLE. The food was horrible, microwaved, and either too salty or completely under seasoned. My daughter’s fettuccine was inedible. The sausage on my pizza was straight from the fridge. The service was THE WORST. We didn’t even get water for 25 mins until I had to track down a server myself. Save your money, your stomach and your time and go to Olive Garden. Yes Olive Garden, which barely qualifies as edible, is better.

The service we received from our server was incredible and our dinner was absolutely delicious.

This was our first visit and it was a wonderful experience. Our server Russell was so knowledgeable and friendly. It was our anniversary and the best experience. He gave us a cannoli dessert as an anniversary treat! Next time we are at Town Center, our home resort, we will definitely be back!
