Absolute disaster! If you want to book a room, it starts with the fact that they don't respond to emails and you can't reach someone until the third call at the earliest. Now imagine that you have been hiking along the Way of St. James for hours and are looking forward to your room whose booking was confirmed in writing when suddenly at lunchtime an email comes from them in which they briefly and concisely cancel the booking because they have just noticed double occupancy! You can then break off your (actually multi day) hike, because of course there is no other accommodation in the area that can be found at such short notice. For me, this is maximum customer disrespect and incredible incompetence. If you are not able to run a serious accommodation in addition to the gastronomy, you should stick to cooking.
