Restaurant bewertenStaff very friendly the service was a bit slow, took around 45 minutes for food and wasn’t too busy.... (went in around 2.30). Me and my partner had Yorkshire stew which was supposed to come with a giant Yorkshire... it must of shrunk to the size of a small aunt Bessie’s pud. The main problem was the stew was far to salty. We didn’t have time to complain because we were hungry and probably wouldn’t of ended up with any food at all. Apart from that the atmosphere and ambiance was good and the kids meals.
Afternoon tea was amazing! The peacocks at the window were a bonus, scones were a little dry but with jam and cream went down a treat.
Poor service waited 20 mins for afternoon tea with back and forward dispute regarding drinks order. When ask to speak to manager she did speak to me but wasn’t interested.
Very friendly and helpful staff always pleasant. My daughter has a dairy intolerance and the staff bent over backwards for her esp sue the supervisor who gave me and my family a great experience .definitely returning
Problem with the kitchen printer meant we waited 30 minutes for our food only to be informed it hadn’t even made it to the kitchen. These things happen but it took nearly 10 minutes for them to check this with the kitchen (so I’m not sure where in the park it actually was! . The coffee and latte was very bad, I can’t put my finger on the cause but I didn’t finish either of mine (I changed to Coffee because the latte was so bad . On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and apologetic and the food when it arrived was nice enough.
