Environment Country BBQ Joint. Pound of Ribs a Four Meat Plate More than enough in any place. Ribbons were good, not falling from bone quality, but good taste and tender enough. Four meat plates with Cole Slaw potato salad more than enough and all good. Floor Line, Country BBQ Square with Fair Price Quality Quantity Food.

Brisket and Sausage Plate. A delicious and filling meal on the local southern sheen. Definitely a taste that will bring you back for more.

This bride is incredible!!! I come from Florida and we have good bar b q there, but nothing like this that melts in your mouth!!! I can't wait to eat there again!!!!

Big brisket and ribs! And the potato salad was wonderful. To eat at Bob's when they were on Rigsby 30 years ago, then back on Fredericksburg Street. No longer in these places, but I found very grateful in Kirby on FM 78. Same big flavors and very friendly service. Two thumbs up!

Went withu family while in town for an air force graduation. I was sceptical when we first got there but everything was really good. I thought that the brisket and ribs were awesome. The sauce they put on the meat was amazing. Wasn't quite sold on the potatoe salad but everyone else with me liked it. Will defiantly come back
