Bojangles - Kinston

The finally opened the inside up thank God. Because my tow truck doesn't fit in the drive thru ?

Always gets my order wrong either leaving something out or not giving the right things I ordered

The food is excellent but they are sooo very slow!!!

I would give this restaurant a zero if that was an option. The staff was extremely impolite, bordering on rude. I initially thought it was just us until I overheard others complaining as well. A customer mentioned to the employees that they seemed very unhappy, and a person they claimed was the manager responded saying they were not unhappy. I was shocked by this lack of professionalism. If the manager had been present, perhaps the rest of the staff would have made more effort. We visited on a Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock and the place was empty - now I understand why. The service was terrible - they didn't have french fries and refused to give them to me in a container, instead throwing them on a paper napkin. This was not sanitary. The biscuit was dry and crumbling, making it nearly impossible to eat, and the bacon was so tough that I could hardly bite into it. I had to remove it from my sandwich in order to eat it. My daughter never received her drink, and after waiting for ages, someone finally brought one over with obvious contempt and disdain. I will not be returning to Bojangles on North Heritage Street near the hospital. The staff should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers, especially the manager who only added to the problem instead of rectifying it. I am still in disbelief at the rudeness displayed, as a leader she should be setting a better example for her team.

The food was cold and the portions were the size of nuggets.
