Mr Gatti's Pizza - KINGWOOD

My family and I decided to order the large pizza special with two toppings tonight - double hamburger and jalapeños. As we were leaving, we noticed that the hamburger topping was not doubled as advertised. We have ordered this pizza before and knew that it should have had more toppings.

My husband and I decided to try out this restaurant. The salad bar was excellent, but unfortunately, the pizza section seemed a bit outdated. We have visited in the past and noticed that the pizza is usually changed every 20-30 minutes to keep it fresh, but this time it was not the case. Additionally, the floors were sticky and a bit dirty. However, we plan to go back and give it another try as the restaurant is typically clean and serves fresh food.

Not only was the pizza disgusting but MOST of the pans were empty. Your employees do not know the difference between Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. I asked for a pizza at the register, they gave me a number for the table and after an hour NO PIZZA. The kids hated it as well.

Excellent service from the owner/manager on down. Clean!! Fresh salads and hot pasta and pizza (ask for whatever you want and they will cook it up quick)! We had an awesome experience today!

A great place for families to hang out and eat and play in Kingwood! Great staff too!
