BJ and his team at OTR Kingswood were so helpful when my car broke down there last Saturday. I was on a visit to Adelaide for Toastmasters club officer training so I wasn't sure where I was and the car breaking down wasn't in the plan. Thanks to BJ I still got to the EDC on time for my training. They made the breakdown much easier for me to deal with thanks OTR Kingswood!

The young woman who works there could benefit from improving her customer service skills. She comes across as rather rude and impatient, and isn't very helpful at all.

I purchased a $100 Apple gift card yesterday, but I've decided that I no longer want it. Unfortunately, it's clear that they do not offer refunds for items once they've been loaded.

I visited today between 7:00 and 7:30 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by extremely rude employees. They seemed to have no understanding of communication or customer service. I've been to this place regularly and have never encountered anything like this before. I definitely won't be returning.
