Eat is delicious and quantities are good. but the service can be improved and toilets need cleaning and maintenance.

Really nice bar/restaurant in hull altstadt am yachthafen. my wife and I were here a few times and each time we had a really nice meal. good selection of foods on the menu well prepared and great selection of drinks. the lad behind the bar was polite and gave an excellent service. worth a visit.

Terrible about summarises a meal at Humber Dock bar grill Saturday night, pub atmosphere, loud music and busy with drinkers. Tables should all be separate if they are serious about serving food. They did eventually move us round the corner after originally saying noFood arrived very separately, the first plate to arrive was mostly eaten by the time the 4th meal was served When the bowl of dirty fries was stone called, so we sent back, the same bowl arrived back moments later after a quick blast in the microwave No steak knives for 2 steaks served on the black rocksWhite wine was also not chilledThe pulled pork BBQ beans we ordered, and paid for, was just a bowl of what I can only assume of tinned baked beans but by this time querying it seemed more bother than it was worth, so carried on Iv eaten in lots of places good and bad and never had a TripAdvisor account, but this experience was bad enough for me to sign up and warn other people of my bad experience I enjoy popping in for a quick drink, but I will not be eating here again

Great location, great provenance for history, great pub features with green bricks outside but food poor to say the least. Menu very limited and with this year putting Hull the Culture City this kitchen needs to alter the changes required. Come Easter forwards there will be a lot of discerning clients at their doorstep due to the culture venues and the Marina at their doorstep. We had Salmon, very bland seemed microwaved or poached with no seasoning or served with lemon. The vegetables were the same apart from a good mash taste wise. The ambience and bar and serving staff were on top of their game and customers well attended to apart from the kitchen. A lot going for this place but they could re-look at the menu and how to prepare and cook to today's clients and leave the past for a new Hull in eateries.
