Love this pub! Great food and serviceI have a gluten intolerance and there is always something I can have.

Such a quaint little pub. I visited The Local Gastropub on a Friday night with a friend and had a marvelous time.

We stayed here for 2 nights, beds were great, each morning we went for breakfast in the restaurant, big portions, we had eggs benny and 2 eggs and sausage with toast and potato wedges and coffee. very good. we were stuffed.

Excellent food, always served hot by a staff providing a great service and all this at very reasonable prices.

There is a large breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Service is slow, although friendly. The food is fresh, but just ordinary. Breakfasts are typical. For dinner, my husband had spaghetti in a marinara sauce and a small salad (which was actually quite large!) and I had hot corned beef on rye. The food was fine, but if you are looking for something above average , I'd suggest trying one of the many restaurants downtown.
