Domino's Pizza - Kingsport

Ordered 2 hours ago. Was told the driver was on the way 30 minutes ago. They're a mile away from my house. No one will answer the phone. Super angry. Never ordering from here again.

This is our go to pizza place food is always placed on place never over boiled or under boiled we always order with the app and soon when the order is placed it on it so by the time that I shoes on and make the 7 minute drive food is done. The staff is friendly and polite. So if you want to make pizza right and quickly this is the place

So, the next branch to my house is actually the Center Street Domino in downtown Kingsport, but I am going out of my way to talk about this business due to the fact that first, they can count 8 and second, they will actually answer their phone when you need to talk to a person about your order. I gave the Center Street Store the opportunity to redeem without deposits. You will give you 6 of the smallest crispy cinnamon twists that almost break original teeth if you still try to consume them, as u paid full price still instead of 8, which will get the opportunity to rise right before baking, which come out fluffy and perfect as the Fort Henry shop makes them. And every time I ordered from the store in the city center, they either left a whole article or gave us 6 instead of 8 of something or once or twice they have actually moved our whole order! Two times! We sat outside on the parking lot and waited for a meal for over an hour as they took it back and lost it then finally it got us for the third time! Seriously, how the hedges confuse You three pizzas, an order of wings, a special bread and cinnamon-drills?! TWICE NON THE LESS?! But again, that's why I'm going out of my way to order from Fort Henry Store because they never made a mistake with our orders, the food quality ALWAYS WORTH IT is and if they ever make a mistake. You made it to me! Good luck if you are moving to the Center Street Dominos or losing Ur Order together because they leave it ring and ring and ring until it hangs on u and if by a magic chance they actually pick them up, they quickly say ty for calling Dominos please keep... CLICK. I was put on eternal hold and also picked up and suspended when they tired of the ring phone as well, so I don't buy from this store anymore. How should you tell someone that your order is wrong if they don't answer their Daggum phone? I just can't say enough that the Fort Henry store is worth the extra miles and time to drive there and back. Your food quality will speak for itself. And the staff is so friendly compared to the other store. Never had a problem with it! Ty guys!

I love these Dominos!!! They are always so friendly, quickly delivered to us and the pizza is delicious. Thank you, Domino is for another excellent experience. I highly recommend

1 STARS UPDATED Lately the pizza quality is really different than it has been previously throughout this year. We are not sure if it is the dough , the ingredients or simply the individual process of preparing the pizzas. Really disappointing as they had captured the rights of being the only local pizza company to receive our support, verbally or financially. The new manager Jeff, which is awesome, is the only reason we ate here. In a few months we will revisit and see if things have improved under the management of Jeff. EDIT 4 STARS Jeff no longer serves at this location/branch, but whoever is currently on payroll here is doing a superb job. The pizzas are no longer undercooked. Things seem to be operated much smoother now in the last 4 6 months. Brian, (Owner) if you were to be wise, I would humbly suggest definitely making sure to hang on to the new management you have in place here at this location (Colonial Heights across from Wal Mart). The night shift crew makes it happen. A raise wouldn’t hurt business. These guys work hard to make our order right and bake it correctly.
