Domino's Pizza - Kingsport

Show up when the order is supposedly ready, wait 10 minutes another lady pulls up gets her food immediately ah not the end of the world wait 20 minutes drive to the window itll be abaht 3 minutes *4 cars line up behind me amd we sit for 20 more minutes ay can u pull to the front well have it out forya *pulls around to the parking lot* im still waiting here after an hour of the supposed pickup time DO NOT COME HERE

I didn't even get my food yet and started writing this review. Extremely polite and friendly staff! They took care of 3 large orders directly before my small order effortlessly. It was oganized and all 3 employees were proactive, as more orders came.

I always have issues with orders being wrong or delivery taking almost 2 hrs to receive. Today I chose to use the carry out option. I paid for 2 garlic butter dipping cups for my pizza and 2 bbq cups for my boneless chicken. Went to pick up the order and was told I was not going to get any dipping sauce cups because I did not pay for them!!! I most certainly DID pay for them!! I tried several attempts to call the store and they will not answer the phone! I am Done ordering from this location!!!!

Ordered 2 hours ago. Was told the driver was on the way 30 minutes ago. They're a mile away from my house. No one will answer the phone. Super angry. Never ordering from here again.

This is our go to pizza place food is always placed on place never over boiled or under boiled we always order with the app and soon when the order is placed it on it so by the time that I shoes on and make the 7 minute drive food is done. The staff is friendly and polite. So if you want to make pizza right and quickly this is the place
