Pumps always have an issue. I stop here every day. 47 minutes to fuel because of pump issues. Pilot has become straight trash, I've tried 3 others in my area, one at this exit and the Flying J at exot 39. Same issues. Pilot does not care about drivers.

This may be the dirtiest bathroom I have ever encountered. Pilot's bathrooms are infrequently clean, but this one has clearly not been maintained for a long time. There was trash on the floor and the overall cleanliness was appalling. The toilets were in terrible condition, with visible stains and unsanitary substances. This reflects poorly on the customers and the establishment's failure to maintain hygiene. It's better to stop at a portable toilet; it would likely be cleaner.

The staff is consistently friendly whenever I visit. Since I work late and start early, I usually interact with the night team. Every morning, the hot food is prepared and fresh. The donuts are fantastic, and the coffee is always hot. This is truly the best place I've stopped at, and I'm making it my new morning routine. I hope management recognizes the excellent work these employees do.
