Restaurant bewertenTerrible customer service. Went inside for 2 shakes. Girl took order, then plopped the 2 shakes on counter and walked off. No thank you or anything . Had to get receipt myself..Food: 4/5
To start, the drive through speakers were extremely quiet, and I have good hearing. I ordered a chicken bacon and swiss combo, no tomatoes. Apparently was hard to hear in the store as well, as she asked if I wanted mayo. Clarified NO (Apparently screaming, as per service window person? That I wanted no tomato. Got up to the window, paid, received no fries. Questioned, saying wasn't acceptable. Ordered a combo. I am sure she charged me then for a large fries, rather than a medium combo, while reprimanding for yelling about tomatoes. Please fix your speakers, and please fix customer service. You are lucky the only Arby's in town or would never be back.
By far the worst customer service experience I've had. I ordered at the drive-thru couldn't read the menu the lights on board were off and it was dark, ordered 2 sandwiche meals and 6pc nugget meal. We discussed with the order taker about our options on size for nuggets as we couldn't read the board and decided on 6pc got to the window and after paying got pulled up for the Fries. We were told the fries needed to cook we asked for the receipt at the window and was told she would put it in the bag and argue with us so we just pulled up after about 20 mins of waiting they brought us the food and had charged us for a chicken sandwich meal instead of the 6 PC nugget meal. We told them it was wrong they took the bag in to correct the order. We waited another 10 mins before they brought the same thing out unfixed. So after all that we had to come back after I called and the management was making excuses on why they messed up but not fixing the order was the problem I asked for the difference in cost and was told I owed money when the difference in price from the chicken sandwich meal was at least $2 more then the chicken nuggets meal. Instead of fixing the money and food management argued about price and still have handed me the wrong food once again. When they had messed up 3 time trying for a simple 6pc order I'm completely unsatisfied and my food was cold by the time they figured out how to make an order correct.Employee: OT
I ordered through door dash. I got the bacon chicken swiss sandwich. It was pink all through. I'm suffering with nausea and vomiting and upset stomach issues. I'll be contacting the health department. Please do better. Obviously you don't put the customers first. Shame on whoever made this meal and who let it be shipped out still RAW!!!!!!!
Getting Worse and worse I saw bojangles backed out to the curb and only 1 person in the drive through at Arby's so I went to arbys. Well I waited forever behind that 1 car and by the time they were done taking the order I knew I should've went to bojangles. I finally got up to the thing and I know what I wanted so I told him 3 chicken sliders and a white cheddar mac and cheese. He was hard to hear but finally he said okay let me get your total, he must be new becouse it took a few minutes to get my total. He finally told me and I pulled up to the window, I told the person in the window my order to confirm it knowing its an assistant manager and they interrupted me as soon as I started to talk, with the total. So on top of all of that they definitely need to practice building the food and putting it in the correct containers and work on their customer service! This isn't the only time stuff like this has happened but im very disappointed Arby's and I will never be coming back!
