Jet's Pizza - Kings Island

Seems to be carryout and delivery only. I didn't see a place to dine in. $27.06 for a 3-topping 8-Corner Detroit style pizza. I picked it up in store. The pizza was very good and fresh. It stayed hot during the 5-minute drive home. It was a little too much for the two of us. But, I don't think 4 slices would have been enough. Ordering and tracking the pizza on line was easy and convenient.

I ordered through door dash and they forgot to send food that was paid for. Blamed the driver and said there was nothing they could do.

Our favorite pizza to order in or pick up. Great tasting, just enough sauce, and the crust is buttery and crisp. Excellent pizza with good delivery times most days of the week.

Jets pizza will take your text order and money, and when you arrive for pickup, act like they are clueless and can't find your order. Then you will find Jets texts that they will issue a refund in a few days with no explanation, just as you are arriving for pickup. They will tell you you can reorder and wait there and have to pay EXTRA since there will be no discount now. Contacting customer feedback, even twice, will elicit ZERO response--they apparently don't care enough to lift a finger or are part of this incompetence. So we went to Papa Johns and ordered 2 pizzas. There was a slight issue with one pizza and they insisted on remaking both pizzas--before I could even bring it up. Unlike Jets, THAT is great service.
