Fogo De Chao King Of Prussia

Last night we had a great time at the classic South American cocktail event. tina and diamond, the bartender, were fantastic! super friendly, great service and amazing drinks! the food was delicious and came out very quickly! it was such a great value for the price! we would definitely like to attend more events here!

I would recommend that the management remind all staff to be mindful of their comments and how loudly they speak. The two servers who took care of us were very attentive and provided excellent service. Having worked at Fogo before, I understand that the servers share sections, so it was puzzling why the server who made the comment was annoyed when it wasn’t even her section. On a positive note, the customer service representatives were both very friendly. Overall, my friends and family are eager to return. We were also reminded to smile at our servers, as we all chose to work in this industry!

I wish they hadn't reduced the amount of meat you get with the Choose Two Meats option (10 oz. with two sides), but everything else was great.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked to perfection.

We had a great experience the first time we ordered from this restaurant, but our second visit was disappointing. The sides were ice cold, and the meat was overcooked. They also mixed up the meats in our combos and didn't give us what we ordered. On top of that, they were unwilling to add the hot Brazilian peppers we requested, which they happily included during our first order. Overall, the customer service was lacking, and the execution fell short of what could have been a fantastic meal.
