Restaurant bewertenThere are no specials, no coupons, lackluster service, and the food was served cold. Even though they accept coupons, they insist on ringing each one up separately, unlike other fast food restaurants that accept the entire sheet at once. It seems like they don't care about making sales anymore. I used to love McDonald's, but the management, service, and food quality have declined, prompting me to find alternatives.
I was very disappointed with the service I received at the McDonald's in King. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a burrito that was served cold. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the employees were rude. I will not be patronizing this location again.
