We stopped by during our trip from Calgary and were pleased with our food. There was a minor issue with my poutine, but the staff were quick to resolve it. I would definitely come back here again!

During a long trip, we decided to stop for some ice. Since we had a few hours ahead of us, we used the restrooms again. My companions suggested I try the "heart" restroom, thinking it might be a bit cleaner. I’m not certain it was. The state of that bathroom was so appalling that it made me lose my appetite completely. If the restroom is in such terrible condition, I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like. I would recommend going somewhere else! Honestly, the one-star rating feels generous.

In contrast, you completely outperformed Tim Hortons across the street, where there was no water available to wash your hands, the hand dryers didn’t work, and the place was unclean. The staff at DQ were friendly, and our shakes were just as we expected. However, the employees at Tim Hortons were rude and didn’t speak English, which made communication quite difficult.

Food was good. Service wasn't. After repeating our order multiple times of milk and applesauce for our 1 year old, we were given fries and juice instead.

Extremely disappointed in the food the mocha moo latte was a mushy brown nasty drink! no whip no drizzle didn’t feel well after eating here def won’t be back….Super disappointed.Wanted a mint milkshake had to ask 4 times for it still didn’t understand me so ordered the nasty moo latte which was so gross had two sips and thru away!!!!!!
