Hawgs Breath Saloon - Kincardine

A very friendly greeting was received upon entry which set the course to a most enjoyable lunch. Had the potato, bacon, leek soup and feta salad. My husband had the chicken parmigiana on a ciabatta which was very tasty. Would recommend this place for sure

I've been popping in here on occasion since they opened (hmm....20+ years ago? <br/ Heh...I remember that they often weren't open Sundays as they just didn't think they were busy enough. : <br/ Now, this little gem has become just about everyone's favourite! : <br/ Amazing what you can do with a few microwaves, some soup pots and a hotplate or two. :  <br/ Yes, that's right, for those that have never been there's no dedicated kitchen here only a girl running around like mad at the end of the bar getting all of the food orders prepared with lightning speed. :  <br/ I have a hard time NOT getting their beef brisket sandwich SO amazinging good! :  Their soups are always SO very good as well! :  Side caesar salad is always a good option though if you don't have your stretchy pants with you. : <br/ <br/ Yes, this is named after Clint Eastwood's bar in Carmel, California (which I've also been to .  The naming is where the similarities end the one in California is huge and mostly patio : And a tex mex menu. :

Went here for dinner with a couple of friends on a whim since our first choice was closed, and after eating here it will be my first choice going forward. A robust drink list, a menu that is both familiar and yet refreshingly different and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend and I will look forward to going again. Besides, how can you not like nachos made with Doritos? Or, and this blew my mind, what may be the best Rueben sandwich I've ever had. Bravo Hawgs Breath.

We had decided to re-visit Kincardine after many years being away. The town is still looking great and Lake Huron never fails to complete that image. After reading a few reviews, we decided to have our lunch at the Hawgs Breath Saloon. All we have to say about this place is this: Great customer service! Amazingly delicious food! (You might not have room for dessert because their portions are plentiful. Great ambience! A place that we'll definitely return to.

The beef brisket is amazing and Ceaser salad is always great! Would like to see cream of broccoli soup on the menu more often. Hawgs is our go to spot when we drive down from Port.
