Dairy Queen - Key West

Looking for some dessert on date night after dinner. Went with the old classic! Friendly staff and well made blizzards. The thing that left me impressed with was how fast they were at making our ice cream as well as all the nice spots to sit. Yeah.. this is a good spot to hit when you are looking for something sweet!

This Dairy Queen has the worst service ever. Here is my proof: I delivered a Reese's milkshake but sadly they gave me and my children an Oreo milkshake. What is even more annoying is that the milkshakes are already sold out at the time when my order was created. In the dine-in area, the floor is filled with stains. In my hamburger, there were numerous strands of hair.....and so i decided to keep them after all because the woman in the counter would refuse me to throw it and wait another month to deliver Reese's milkshakes. Well a couple months later the milkshake tasted like rotten eggs so I took them to the Dairy Queen again to see what happened. When i asked them how could that be since I can't order another milkshake anymore, the staff told me that I should report to them if there are problems in anything , which means that Dairy Queen in Key West is the worst Dairy Queens in the whole United States.

When there’s many people ordering they allow people to go up and grab ice cream even if it’s not theirs . Once it’s been in someone else’s hands I don’t want it

Friendly fast service. Service is always great here. Still a great stop for Ice cream treats. Service and produce is very good.
