Taco Bell - Kettleman City

The taco bell is super clean and modern. they order at a kiosk and eating came fast. with how to order now they can choose different sides and it tells them the calorie counting. clean toilets and a beautiful high table to eat in the dining room.

Used the touch screen kiosk to order and it allowed a lot more customization than I would normally get at a Taco bell (for example, add onion or potato to anything). Very clean restaurant including the bathroom. Staff were friendly.

Ordered the spicy beef burrito and rice was so soggy. Made the whole burrito soggy. Lost my appetite and couldn't even finish it halfway. I asked one worker for fire sauce and he gave me the dirtiest look like he was way too good to be working there.

Drive thru line was not long but took a VERY long time to move. Finally got to order and the guy on the headset was unbelievably rude. I ordered a cheesey Gordita crunch box and asked for an additional flatbread on the side and he tried telling me that taco bell doesn’t carry flatbreads in such a rude manner! How would you guys make my Gordita crunch if you don’t carry flatbreads ? Hmm doesn’t make any sense. I told him to ring me up for a flatbread and he tried charging me for a full priced Gordita crunch and removed everything but the flatbread. Over 4 bucks for a flatbread come on now. I worked at taco bell for almost 5 years and I know for a fact that you guys sell flatbreads on the side and a manger SHOULD have a headset on and overhead this interaction and simply helped the cashier ring my order in correctly. I was so disappointed I ended up canceling my order. The thing is that this was on a long road trip and I was really looking forward to it. But to be slapped in the face with rudeness by some teenager and then not be sold what I am willing to pay for is ridiculous! Obviously bad management or this wouldn’t have ever happened! Very dissatisfied! Someone needs to teach that boy how to treat others! I’m not expecting him to go above and beyond but at least don’t treat me like

I love taco bell since im vegetarian im glad i can customize everything for myself. 4 stars only because my girlfriend never likes going
