Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Kent

I love this place so much! Best smoothies I've ever had. The employees are fantastic! Everyone is so kind. I ordered through the mobile app right before they closed and they never got it. So I went over there and the employees were kind enough to make me my smoothie even though they were closed. If you guys are reading this thank you!

I stopped in to see what this place was all about. Unfortunately, I already ate and was looking for a smoothie. I was absolutely shocked about how nice and friendly the staff was toward all of their customers. I hadn't been in there before so the person at the register told me about the menu and even showed me where the paper menus were located so I didn't have to stare up at the menu board. I ordered the Mango Magic classic smoothie. It was large and very good. They were slow at actually making my smoothie to the point that I was going to ask someone to please make it. My ingredients were just sitting on the counter waiting to be blended (they weren't busy). The seating area is a little small but there isn't much they can do with the limited space. I liked that they added bar stools at the counter to increase the seating area. If you get a chance, this is the place to check out for great customer service. I thought I was in another city. Great job people! I'll be back to try the food and hope they are a little faster with making my order (hence the four stars).

My first visit ever to any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Reviewing as a vegan, there are only a couple of food options on the menu, and since it's a lighter fare/healthy type of place, I expected more. A lot of their smoothies have yogurt, but there are enough vegan options to give you a good variety to choose from. I got the Chia Banana Boost and it was very tasty! The place was clean, and the service was prompt and friendly. It's a good place to try. Update: I visited this place the very next day and ordered the same smoothie. It was not nearly as tasty as the one I got the day before I could only taste the strawberries. The first one I got had flavors of banana and almonds and cinnamon. That second one was disappointing.

I would like a shout out to one of the employee working yesterday (03 31 21). Thalila was very proactive, persistent, and accurate with customer service. She had ensured the orders came swiftly and correct. My co workers and I appreciate her customer service heeey girl!!

It's on the spendy side of inexpensive (12-15 dollars for lunch before tip which may turn some people off but the service is always excellent and the (giant 24oz smoothies are less than five dollars before 10:30 everyday. Everything is super fresh and eating kale here is the only time I have ever enjoyed it. There's lots of options for the smoothies, and everything on the menu is customizable (taking ingredients out or putting more in . Only downside is that the food portions are a little small, but this is a health-focused cafe and if portions weren't small, I would end up absolutely stuffing myself because it's all so delicious. It can get loud during busy hours but just before and just after lunch it's nearly empty and a perfect place to chill and get work done (free wifi! if you're looking for Starbucks alternative.
