Restaurant bewertenThe Taco Bell franchise is in dire need of improvement. I frequently use the drive-thru to place my orders, but constantly encounter issues. They often give me incorrect items, wrong drink, or wrong portion size. Today was the final straw for me. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I approached the counter to inquire about it. I was told they had lost my order and never received it. Despite my persistent efforts to discuss my order, I was met with incompetence. Ultimately, I chose not to cause a scene and asked for a refund. The staff struggled to process my refund as the safe keys were missing. After a delay, they were able to refund my money back to my card with the help of other guests. I strongly suggest avoiding this Taco Bell location due to their poor customer service. They did not even offer an apology for the inconvenience. I had to show my phone showing the transaction to receive my refund. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever endured.
I'm not sure where they find their staff, but the employees at this restaurant are extremely courteous and efficient.
On the way back to Milwaukee from the airport on 3/26 at 10:30 at night, the customer was very friendly and our entire order was 100% accurate. No complaints.
The taco bell was so courteous! we had a big lkw and their lobby was closed, but they still served us! and that was extraordinary! it really hit the spot! we never had a fast meal that looks like the commercials. the food was so hot the chicken chick was gooey and delicious!
Quick stop while traveling, order was correct, staff was pleasant.
