Mcdonald's - Kenosha

Waited 20 minutes without eating. I have money back, but very frustrating. also shaker machine did not work and order was actually wrong.

I always have problems with this McDonalds. Rather it’s a fly in my Orange Juice, egg shell in my egg McMuffin or just today waiting for more than 20 min for someone to take my order, having to drive up to the window to waive someone down just to give them my order. The lady didn’t even apologize after I said we and other people were waiting for 20 min. She also messed up my order. The worse service ever. I didn’t even want to give them one star as they didn’t deserve it.

It's a very nice looking McDonald's. The inside is very clean and modern. I was only inside picking up an order for UberEATS so I can't comment on the food but I can at least say the restaurant is very nice

They never get my order right. each time they forget my sauce and stray. Tomorrow's layer is excellent! but torwards lunchtime and dinner they are rude and terrible!

This place is a sweat that I didn't even eat my food, I can't wait until they open up so I can return my food there was no sauce on the big mac sandwich no salat and the person who took the job was extremely rude when we take the order, we will never get back to this place!
