Restaurant bewertenThis was my first experience trying New Orleans seafood and it did not disappoint! We began with fried alligator, which I was hesitant about, but it turned out to be delicious! It had a taste similar to shrimp and chicken. My husband ordered the fried catfish and oyster combo, while I tried the crab cake Pasta special. The crab cake was decent, but a bit on the breadier side. The catfish, however, was excellent! And let's not forget about the hurricanes, which were delicious and refreshing! Our waitress, Megan, was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return!
I really enjoyed dining at this restaurant by the harbor. The seafood was fresh and reasonably priced. They offer a variety of oysters, both raw and chargrilled, which I haven't seen at many other places.
I stopped by for lunch while on a business trip and tried the blackened catfish with a side of broccoli coleslaw. It was really tasty! The dish wasn't overly spicy, so I added some...
The food is fantastic, the service is excellent. I will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and clean.
If you're looking for this restaurant, make sure to go all the way down to the right side of the building to avoid the seafood shop on the left side. I ordered a ham and roast beef poboy, dressed, and was pleasantly surprised at the huge portion for only $6.50. The bread was good, the meat plentiful, and a hint of sweetness added to the flavor. Service was attentive and the prices were reasonable.
