Mcdonald's - Kenedy

My family, including our two dogs, stopped by this restaurant on our way to the beach. The staff at the counter were all very friendly and polite, to the point where I even commented to my husband about how pleasant they were. The cashier noticed our dogs in the parking lot and kindly offered them a large milk bone. This small gesture really made our trip get off to a great start. Thank you!

This McDonald's location is extremely slow. It took a long time to receive my order, even though it was a simple pickup order. The service for takeout was very slow. I went for dinner and the price per person was between $1 and $10. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 out of 5.

I had to use the app or order screen to place my order at this restaurant because no register was open. The food was hot and fresh, but when I ordered a large fry and drink, my drink cup was not included with my order. The fries were also only about 3/4 full, so I asked if the quantity was correct and was given a new order. Overall, the service was for takeout and the meal type was dinner.

I waited for 20 minutes at a restaurant only to discover that my order was wrong right before I had to go to work. I called them and asked for a replacement to be brought to me at 5 o'clock when I started my shift, but the manager Denise was not polite. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I visited McDonald's yesterday to use the restroom and were shocked by how dirty and disgusting it was. The women's bathroom had toilet paper everywhere, water all over the floor, overflowing trash cans, and no soap in the dispenser. My husband reported that on the men's side, there were broken urinals, toilet paper covering the floor, and a strong stench that made him almost sick. When I spoke to an employee at the nearby H-E-B, they told me that the bathroom belonged to the McDonald's restaurant. When I informed a McDonald's employee about the condition of the restroom, they seemed unsure of what to do and just stood there. McDonald's, you can do better. With so many people using the restaurant and gas pumps nearby, the bathrooms need to be in better condition.
