Red Lobster Kelso

Excellent dinner. Great service (our waitress, Kristin B) very helpful and professional. Lobster Artichoke Dip was very good. Dinner: Mariner's feast, with Atlantic salmon/lobster sauce, grilled scallops and Walt's Favorite shrimp, my wife enjoyed it. I had the endless shrimps, grilled shrimps and garlic shrimps Scampi many second portions, delicious and very fill. We also had beautiful side salads and fresh Fluffy cookies. Once again an excellent culinary experience.

Order for Valentine's Day. I knew they were busy, I expected that, and my wife is not ready for crowds. Ordered at 2 o'clock for a pick-up of 4 o'clock. Arriving in the restaurant at 3:45, they said that my order was not ready, confirming what I had ordered to give me the bill. I told them no problem, I was a little early, paid with 15% lace added. After waiting patiently for an hour at 5:15, after the order, after the order, after the order, go out the door for board pickup, I asked about my order (that I had ordered more than 3 hours ago) One of the hostess went to the kitchen, returned immediately with her in hand. There were some confusion as they asked me to pay for it again, showed my entrance to prove that it had been paid, and drove home. The order was obviously done for a while and it was set there until I asked, everything was completely cold. A few seconds in the microwave to warm things up, we finally ate. Seafarers feast and a 12oz New York steak. They forgot to include salads, and the baked potato was about the size of a lemon, but what we got was well thought out. Not the greatest experience. I can be overlooked, but the service and accuracy of the order was disappointingly paid for the prices/tips.

We just went to the desert today. It was delicious. The lighting was a bit dark for our pleasure, but I'm sure it helped someone eat.

I love this place. Good food, but better staff is great. I worked there 7 years ago, and they really take care of each one separately. I love the experience. And they believe in second chances

Great location -to foot from the hotel. was thrilled to see that red lobster was so close to the hotel! was immediately sat -was early for booked priority on open table. was happy to use this option. friendly staff throughout the meal. neat historical nautical decoration pictures of maine. great taste of stuffed mushroom caps. my twin lobster dick meal from the manager special was great. I like the fact that I can choose my 2 pages for ordering and space for upgrade. great presentation of the meal. lobster grilled to perfection. butter without butter. so many great menu options to choose from. the bay scallops and jumbo kokos garnel next time try.
