Subway - Keilor Downs

I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, always ordering the same thing. Initially, the sandwiches were great, but over time, the quality declined to the point where they became inedible. The last time I ordered, I received a sandwich that had what seemed like wilted lettuce in it. The ingredients, like the lettuce and tomatoes, were far from fresh. Additionally, the price I paid for the same meal varied every time I visited. It felt like the sandwiches were prepared without any consideration for the customer. I can't recommend this place anymore.

I frequently visit this restaurant, but today was the only time I encountered an issue. I ordered a foot-long, but the staff tried to give me two that were only six centimeters each. I had to get a manager to help complete my order. I might sound picky, but I'm not; when I got home and tried to eat, I found that 4 out of the 8 meatballs were so hard that I couldn't even cut them with a knife.

Subway is Subway, so you know food wise what to expect, although this server was stingy with the toppings.Service, hygiene care and standards though, a whole other thing. Some of the toppings look dried out, so of course looks unappealing. Overall the area looks like it could do with a deep clean.Customer service, forget that. The 2 women in there talk in there own language to each other.Talk to you like your a inconvenience. I found them very rude to all customers.Maybe they need to be reminded that our custom helps to pay there wages.

Have continued to back back (stupid me) the staff are literally brainless. Tried Uber eats tonight, got my order wrong and left half my order out and don’t answer. Last time I went in and asked for a wrap and literally got told, “sorry I don’t know how”, if you are looking for consistency, then eat here. Consistency shi$….

Really disappointed and disgusted. The staff member used the same gloves after handling money and continued to handle food straight afterwards for the next 4 customers whilst I was in the store. Ran out of sauce after two squirts and looked at me to see if I wanted another sauce and I politely asked for her to re-fill it and she reluctantly went out the back and came back with a filled up bottle. Won't be going there again!
