Restaurant bewertenBest fish and chips on this side of the atlantic. everything is fresh and to order. when they thought that the fish and chips they had in a pub were authentic, they will think when they eat here. the owner is from Great Britain and has worked all the kitchen, he came out to chat with us what was beautiful. the portions of fish are huge. the torts are individually dimensioned. we had two commands of fishing and chips (a cadjau and a scotch pee). all delicious. we can't wait to go back.
Great little English cafe in Katy.Small place that can get very busy but the service is always top notch and very friendly.Portions are HUGE! Come hungry and you won’t be disappointed. They have fish and chips of course but also offer a variety of meat pies as well as mushy peas.Very clean place as well.Nice to have something different in the area.
Absolutely the best Authentic British Fish and Chips here in Texas! We have not ever been disappointed with quality of the food! Always Freshly made. ??
Fourth Lenten fish fry Friday. So I did not check this place close enough as I had searched on pubs with fish and this popped up. Not a pub but happy mistake as the cod was exceptional. Light batter very large and fresh tasting piece of fish. The fries had a nice potato taste and the tarter sauce was very good. Highly recommend this place. Come hungry as there is a lot of food. Only 4 tables but a lot of high tops around the perimeter of eating space. Pretty regular flow of customers. The food appears to be made to order as it took a while to get the order. Certainly worth a try, note that it is a bit pricy.
Oh wow... that was GOOD. Various different kinds of fish, meat pies, and various vittles. Now, they are currently short Staffed due to personal issues, so there will be a wait. We found it totally worth it! The staff who's there is overworked but incredibly kind and professional.Be brave and try the haggis!
