Cold Budweiser, good music, friendly Mäzen, wide selection of books, simple parking, baseball on TV.

Good drinks and bartenders, cool vibe, lots of dart boards. Small, but just right IMO. Unlike Gilhouly’s down the street and around the corner, I was relieved to find that Fitz’s did not reek of urine. They didn’t appear to serve food, but didn’t mind if you brought your own. They have dart tournaments on certain days, so I bet they’re slammed on those days.

One of my favorites. a great place in midtown to avoid obnoxious johnson fellows slumbering in westport. I never had a bad experience here

Visited KC last year and this little pub seemed to be the only thing open and how thankful my friend I were. Nothing fancy, but definitely full of character and characters. The bartender was super chill and was fun to converse with throughout the experience. This is a wonderful hole in the wall pub that highly recommend. A true slice of Midwest Americana.
