Chick-fil-a - Kansas City

I like this place. Their service is the best. It has good chicken sandwich but dont think its the best. Good side chices. Mobile order only pass drive up lane is the best. Neagative are priced . Grilled chicken combo was$14. I wont buy that again

The food was fine. It was what I expected. However, the place is trying to run three drive-thru Lanes. It made the parking lot congested and feel unsafe. Inside there was only one person working the counter. I think that was probably okay for the volumethey had inside, except that this person paid attention to anything going on around them except the customer in front of them. Ihad to give my name three times. I had to interject that I wanted a different side than the fries, and they neglected to get mydrink order correct. Ultimately, I got a decent meal that was mostly what I expected. And I can certainly live without having ahalf sweet half unsweet tea and only getting unsweet. But it used to be that the cashiers at Chick-fil-A made you feel like youwere the most important person in the room well they were taking your order. This experience made it feel like maybe they didn'tneed my business. And so if I'm on Barry road again, maybe they won't get it.

Chick-fil-A is a quality food service that the whole family can agree on. The employees are always kind and smile as they say It 's a great day at Chick-fil-A, how may I help you . This location is my favorite and the one I tend to run to during mylunch break. I can do a mobile order as I walk to the car and drive over and jump in line. There is generally a lane for mobileorders and the process of order validation is nice. They read the order and make sure I didn 't forget any of my favoritesauce. It doesn 't matter what I order: chicken sandwich, strips, nuggets or spicy chicken with fries it is always hot lol ???? (my spicy chicken is HOT ???? . Again I am always satisfied even if the line looks long the employees process us quickly and Ican get my chicken fix without doing all the work of cooking.

Got a 12 piece nugget was ridiculously small it took all I had not to turn around and drive back to Chick-fil-A for complaint so I'm complaining on here it's ridiculous it looks like a kid size very dissatisfied and I've always loved Chick-fil-A thanks butno thanks.

If I'm spending extra on fast food and get partial portions, I'm far less inclined to be a repeat customer. And no, I did not skim any fries off the top on my way home. That said, the hugely long drive-thru line was taken care of very quickly.
