Blue Dining + Lounge - Kamloops

This restaurant offers a mix of Asian, seafood, and other cuisine. I tried the Budda Bowl and found it delicious. The servers were busy but managed to keep the food coming efficiently.

I was lucky enough to taste a variety of appetizers and they were all delicious, from the oysters, dynamite rolls, schnitzel, and deep-fried artichoke. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time in town to try all of the cocktails. I am excited to come back!

Had a great meal at Blue the other night. The charcuterie plate was the stand out for me -- really impressive. The bone marrow and bacon butter were over the top delicious! I ordered the Buddah Bowl for dinner with chicken and it was great too. Service was excellent, food was fantastic, lots of great local wines to choose from, relaxing atmosphere -- I'll definitely be back!

I was impressed by the décor and friendly service staff before I even received my menu. The menu is impressive as well as it was full of delicious choices to create a memorable dining experience ... The charcuterie was outstanding, as it is loaded with locally sourced smoked meat and cheese; the Bone Marrow took it over the top. Our table enjoyed several of the appetizers and all were incredibly enjoyable. Our Entrees arrived at the table and our group continued to be amazed by the portion and quality of our meals. Truly Outstanding

Highly recommend you try the charcuterie, the bone marrow was unexpectedly delicious, a really nice variety, including unique and local products. The oysters were amazing. I had the red thai curried vegetables with prawns, spicy and flavorful. My wife had the crab and prawn spaghetti which has a tomato based sauce, rather than a cream based, very good! Service here was also great, our server was attentive and courteous, appetizers, drinks and meals were all well timed. If you haven't tried Blue yet, you are missing out!
