Bad customer service plus ants in the room no hot water in the bathroom very slow services in restaurant for drinking water. poorly managed hotels need improvement.

We really enjoyed eating and the ambiente. service is also great. good food options for choice. highly recommended

Good hotel in vythiri, wayanad. decent room. first hotel when they come from calicut after the thamarassery ghat session.

We were recently in the hotel. it comes in the budget category. the checkin etc. was free. the staff is very friendly and accommodating and even called us when we were too late for check-in. they have around the room and it is on the...main nh itself, no problems to find the hotel. the rooms were well cleaned and large and spacious. it can be or human. the common areas were poorly cultivated. there was a swimming pool in the dach. but the contrary in general was not well maintained, with much dirt around, therefore decided not to use the same. the breakfast was just okay, nothing imaginable. the restaurant was a small one with a menu on one side. as there were many restaurants, we decided to try some of them. if they plan to stay here book by makemytrip or such website, with some offered. in all, we had no big problems during our stay, but it was not worth the money we paid, can be mainly due to the lack of maintenance and quality of the breakfast.
