Restaurang Athena - Kalmar

Nice place to give you the feeling that you are not in Sweden. We just eat once. The food was good. You can pay with cash and card. They can sit both inside and outside. There's a chair.

Probably best pizzeria in Kalmar. The reason for 4-stars is too much crowded and sometimes chairs and tables can be dirty from sauces and remaining of the food. I can put all that on ignore because the staff is 5/5 and the food is also 5/5. So my highest ranking. Pizzeria is placed in a big enough space to take ca 30 people inside. It's in centrum of the city. Yes I recommend Athena because they serve not just pizza but other good and quality specialities.

The vegetarian options were good but the meat was a bit dry.

Nice and all but... I ordered a meatball and expected a nice and good looking thing with some nice texture and taste. What did I get? A sand dry, wood tasting atrocity the size of my fist. I was about to complain but my meatball senses told me that all meatballs got a right to exist and thrive. Hence, I let the terror-ball be.

This is one of the worst experience of diner in sweden The owner is really ill mannered and charged us for the normal water. He overcharged us without asking us for pizza cutting and Also yelled on one of our friends for ordering less pizza than expected by him
