Great Starbucks experience because of Alexandra! She's sweet, makes sure my order is right, and her drinks are amazing. Really brightens my day!

I came over to this Stsrbucks after work to relax and sit down because they 're open late and it 's a nice outdoor seating environment. I had to use the bathroom and they no longer allow patrons to use the bathroom. I understand that the workers dislike cleaning the bathrooms, but if Starbucks raises the cost of their coffee and food. They need to provide restroom facilities for myself and paying patrons. It 's 2 hours til closing and no one is around. I don 't think I will return to this Starbucks until they change their bathroom policy. It 's not open to the public . Starbucks can do better than this. ?

This is primarily a drive thru location, with a small pickup area if you decide to walk up and order at the window. Service is pretty good and prompt. On the weekends the drive thru line can get pretty long, but once again the staff is pretty prompt and efficient so it doesn 't take too long to get in and out. Plenty of breakfast and pastry options to go with your coffee. Overall it 's a small, primarily drive thru location, that is prompt and always has great customer service.

Pulled up at 4:29. They open at 4:30. I was told to leave? Alrighty then. I mean you could've just waited 30 seconds to open the window if it really means that much.

Ordered a venti matcha latte, light foam. It literally was half latte, half foam. And this is not new to this location, so everyone be careful when ordering at this location.
