Kai Ramen Sherman Oaks

Phenomenal spot for Ramen. We ordered the steamed buns for appetizers and black ramen for the entree. All of it was great! Highly recommend the buns. Our server Noriko (sp? was very helpful and nice. Would definitely come back if in the area again.I rated atmosphere specifically low because in and of itself, it’s not great. It was a bit toasty inside, small space, and had a leaky air conditioner. However, this doesn’t really take away from the experience and quality of service and food.Parking: We were able to get right in, but witnessed multiple cars circling the parking lot while we sat searching for a spot to open up. It’s a shared lot between multiple businesses. Lots of street parking nearby, though.

I had the Vegan ramen and the vegan egg rolls, the egg rolls were very good and the vegan ramen was ok. Give them a try they have many ramen options.

Kai Ramen has exceptionally rich and flavorful ramen. This authentic and satisfying bowl of noodles is a must-try for any ramen enthusiast. Don't miss out on this delicious dining experience!

Awesome experience! Felt like a very authentic Japanese Ramen shop. For Naruto fans, it felt like I was sitting at Ichi Raku's.Service was excellent very fast! There was a fairly long line when I arrived, but I was seated very quickly. Servers were also very personable!Vegetarian options: Several options available. I got a beef based dish and ingredients were very fresh.

This has been one of my favorite ramen places in the valley for years. Still the same great quality as the first time I tried it. Red Tonkotsu, 10/10 every time
