Restaurant bewertenThe first time today. The seating is small and looks like they cut it, but the food makes it. We all had the brisket and by far the best I had. All I had was a plastic fork to eat it, but it fell apart. The sauce was a standard from this world. The supplement was good. Very friendly and helpful. We will be back:
...where there is smoke, there is taste. A lot of them. If you spot-on spices with excellent textures and the best damn brisket you could ever hope you have carnivorous magic. The sweet corn bread, which is under the (superb) Mac and cheese in the bowl I ordered (above with this perfect brisket) is easy with a delicate sweetness that is the ideal end of this dish. The presentation is attractive, as is the restaurant place itself. The counter staff is friendly, efficient; the food was ready for us in a few minutes. Please, do a favor. Drop everything, go to this gem and eat your fullness. Repeat these steps until you have tried everything on the menu... Then do it again. Three hours later, I'm still happy.
Four stars, I did like the food very much, however there should be a price reduction for the menu items without a bun versus a bun. currently, they are the same price. I had the salad topped with the brisket and it was very good. However, it would be nice to have some BBQ on the meats and salad instead of dressings. The dressings were still good. I know its unhealthy, but some truffle fries or unusual fries would go great with the meal
My husband had the brisket with cornbread and I had the pulled pork with beans. A good portion of meat for the price and they were both nicely done. Having several types of sauce to pick from was an added bonus.
Delicious! I can't wait to go back. Got a large order of brisket with jalepeno mac and cheese, pickles, and signature sauce. Meet was smoked to perfection, the sauce was sweet and peppery, jalepeno mac was perfectly spicy, and the pickles were just the right amount of sour. Keep up the good work!
