Restaurant bewertenThe staff were great. Rooms updated and clean. We greatly enjoyed the stay. No problems. We had to request extra towels, soap and shampoo, but staff were extremely helpful. We ended up needing to leave early due to schedule change, and management was terrific.
Although this hotel is newly renovated and certainly provides a comfort stay, the Wi-Fi does not work so bring a good data plan with you. Also, many workers at the hotel do not adhere to mask policies. They don’t care whether they are standing a foot from you they will not comply with wearing masks putting gas at risk. This was a huge concern to me as I am asthmatic and in a high-risk category. As much as I addressed it Management did not ensure that masks were mandatory to ensure guest safety
Very clean, and had updated furniture/TV/etc. The amenities were all functioning as expected. The associates were very apt as far as the checkin and checkout processes which made for good use of my time in keeping schedule with my tasks for the trip.
Checkin was good Karen was very professional. Next day went for breakfast poured some coffee and was sipping on it walking over towards a person behind counter(15 ft away)said good morning no response said again good morning and he responded saying cover your face in which i completely covered now my mouth n nose. I asked about food and was told the choices of muffins . He gave me the two baged items mini water and muffin due to covid.
The hotel definitely needed some upgrades, and they were working on this while we stayed. Even though there was construction, the rooms were very nice. All the areas we entered were clean. They weren't serving breakfast and it would have been nice to know this prior to booking or checking in. Fast food options are all around the hotel.
