Trevi 5 at The Hotel Hershey

Alyssa, who made my nails, was a 10/10. She can say she really enjoys what she does. I love talking to her. She was super courtesy and friendly. She showed me around and I felt so comfortable. The whole staff was great. Will be absolutely back. And GET SOME HOT CHOCOLATE. Edit: a few days after my manicure, most of the polish is from most of my nails and some are even naked. I think they need a basecoat to keep polishing longer. I can say it's beautifully polished, but it literally works directly. It was chipped on some nails the next day. I want to try another service, but maybe not pay for another manicure that disappears within 24 hours.

Stephanie was an absolutely amazing aesthetic! She knew exactly what was best for my skin, treated me like a license and gave me the best experience! I highly recommend to her if you are interested in facial treatments at the Spa At The Hotel Hershey! 10/10

This is definitely a splurge for me. My advice to a first timer is to book a service and use all available amenities when you are there. This should help you find out if the whole experience is worth the price. I would also recommend a small wallet or crossbody bag for your phone and/or outdoor pool pass, as the robes no longer have pockets. That said I am here three times (since the pandemic) and have always enjoyed my experience. So much that I was really trying to get to her spa club. Unfortunately, I do not live near enough to take advantage of regularly. Note: A majority of the staff and guests do not wear masks. I did not find this information readily available when I did a pandemic research, so I wanted to put it out there.

Perfect day to unpack! Unfortunately, the indoor pool area for maintenance was closed and no classes in the gym, the day we went. Another reason to go back!

A chocolate indulgence for your body. Whipped cocoa bath was a treat bubbles, cocoa powder, and jet bath. Massage was excellent cocoa oil was subtle. Fell asleep. Highly recommend!
