Trevi 5 at The Hotel Hershey

Annual Family trip to Hershey Hotel and Park. Everything was amazing. Thank you for a memorable time

Service is always good, hopefully menu will improve over summer, needs more VG options please

Overall our experience was very good. Our waitress was Danielle and she was top notch. However our steak was ordered medium rare and came out medium well twice. They made it right we didn’t pay for it or our appetizers which is nice. But we would have preferred to pay for a good steak. Still an enjoyable evening

Not the usual Trevi experience. Party of five, we live locally and just wanted to come back after so much time away. Server was very good. Food was not. Caprese salad tasted like it was made days before and placed in the fridge. Tomatoes were glassy and stuck to the mozzarella which was hard and crumbly. Nothing fresh about it. Pizzas were good. It wasn’t that busy , not many tables seated, yet everyone seemed rushed. All things I’d expect at a regular restaurant, just not at Trevi

Steak was overcooked and overpriced. Management accommodated the mistake and adjusted the bill. Service was friendly
