El Mercadito Taqueria - Johns Island

Recently moved to Hollywood area. Was looking for Mexican after being sick for week! Was not disappointed at all! Food was awesome, service fast and great!! Watched a little football!! We will definitely be back!

Overall a great Mexican restaurant! Beans were a bit bland, but veggies were well seasoned, salsa was good. Excellent service, friendly and kind. Clean environment.

There were 9 of us. Everyone had plenty to eat and we all raved about the food. The service was great too!

The food was delicious and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Noel provided excellent service.

The portions at this restaurant are generous, so be ready to bring home leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The food is excellent. I ordered the seafood chimichanga (they gave me two, but I could only finish one) which was served with salad, sour cream, beans, and rice. My wife had the chicken fajitas. We also enjoyed a margarita and daiquiri, and the bill was reasonable considering the amount of food we received. The service was outstanding, so make sure to leave a good tip.
