Mugg Bean - Johannesburg

This is one of My favourite coffee places in rooihuiskraal. We frequent this place quiet often to enjoy the variety of coffee this place has to offer. They continously changing the menu to keep it fresh and updated. My wife and I are always trying the new offerings on the menu. Enjoy this place alot.

I had a quick dinner here about two weeks ago.  As it was a Friday evening around 6pm, they were really busy, but the waiter was quick to take my drinks order.   The Mixed Berry, Coconut and Lemon Freeze Duo was very refreshing.  To get the waiter to take the food order took a few tries and about 10 minutes later I was able to place the order.  Finally the food arrived.  The Mexican Street Corn Fritters could have had a bit more corn in them (my taste and not to say there is anything wrong), and they tasted great with the dipping sauce.  The BBQ burger and chips was good, however not medium as I asked for.  Overall this Mugg Bean has never disappointed and I will go back when in Mall@Reds.

I love every thing about Mugg Bean ...their menu is always kept fresh with new food and drinks every season ...There's always something new..the food is always delicious, the stuff is great and the sweet treats are the best . They have something for everyone

The best thing to have in this joint on a Sunday is perhaps a big scone with cheese and jam.. the gourmet pancakes filled with caramel and banana with butterscotch was a mind blowing option which I think I'm going to order again. The carrot cake and cheesecake I tried from my friends with me weren't too bad and the carrot cake actually reminded me of my grandmothers.. so yeah.. it had to have been good. For this reason I'm giving this place a 4!
