Restaurant bewertenAte here for lunch and it was a huge hit! The ribs were amazing and fell right off the bone. The pulled pork sandwich was very tasty with the homemade sauces they bring out with it. The “adult” slushies were also very good! Can’t recommend this place enough! Also great prices! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Hello everyone, it was horrible service, everywhere was a dust and table cloth was dirty, The chairs was non convenient to sit. We had not fresh food as Salmon plate. rib’s Steak tasted horrendously no salt, not seasoning. Do not waste your time, money at this place !!!
We were seated and waited for 15 minutes, but no one took our drink order. After 20 minutes of waiting without having our order taken, we decided to leave, especially since a larger group seated after us was served.
I recently had the misfortune of trying what were supposed to be barbecue ribs, but they were far from what I expected. To start with, the ribs were completely lacking in barbecue sauce, which is a key component of any good rib dish. Without it, they were dry and devoid of the rich, tangy flavor that makes barbecue ribs so delicious. To make matters worse, there was no seasoning on the ribs at all. They were bland and tasteless, making each bite a chore rather than a pleasure. It's as if the chef forgot the most basic step of adding salt and pepper, let alone any other spices or rubs that could have enhanced the flavor. The texture of the ribs was another major letdown. Instead of being tender and juicy, the ribs were tough and chewy, requiring far more effort to eat than they were worth. It's clear that they were either overcooked or not cooked properly, as good ribs should fall off the bone with ease. Overall, this was one of the worst barbecue rib experiences I've had. Without sauce, seasoning, or proper cooking, these ribs were a complete miss. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a satisfying barbecue. And on top of that, the server the gentleman not the female asked me. How was the food that I like it and I let them know. It was not good and they walked away and disappeared.!!
I recently visited the Mad Hatter Winery Smokehouse in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This neat little restaurant and bar is nestled in the charming town of Jim Thorpe, offering a perfect blend of hospitality and quality. The staff at Mad Hatter Winery were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. We tried their adult slushies, which were the perfect refreshment after a hot day exploring the town. The flavors were fantastic, and they truly hit the spot! In addition to their refreshing drinks, Mad Hatter Winery Smokehouse is known for its delicious smoked meats, fresh salads, and seafood, all crafted from local ingredients. Their menu includes options for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices, ensuring a satisfying meal for all guests. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with outdoor seating available, making it a great spot to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Mad Hatter Winery Smokehouse for anyone visiting Jim Thorpe. It 's a 5-star spot that combines great food, friendly service, and a welcoming environment.
