Bad customer support, people always laughed at customers, and no professionalism. everything for sale is expensive even mahboobe e elahi is much better than there! should know how to treat the customers

They have been their customer for over 7 years, but always disappointed by everyone visiting. few of my related had also stopped in this restaurant in the last few months due to the same bottom ground. this woman I believe is also the chef an absolute scandal for the place. She has a terrible attitude and her arrogant behavior is at its high point. other employees (shekhar) are very friendly. visited them on Thursday, 3rd February at 12:30,1. the dame answered the call confirmed that they are open, but refused to take phone order and only demanded in-person order. later call my face up. Maybe she's busy.2 When I got there, she noticed me from the kitchen, but had kept me waiting because she was probably with the white house on a very important call?3. After all this waiting time, when I noticed that one of the items is served cold, I asked for another product. so she reacted in a disgusting tone that there is nothing freshly prepared until everything is ready and all the food is from the day before. Even eating that was already packed, she refused to deliver without asking if I wanted it.4 The owner has to watch here. not only loses the customer, but if that goes on, it will get its place closed. never again!

12/17/21 they are famous and I have heard about it many times so went there at 1:35 noon and asked for pilao. They said will be ready in 30 minutes. Seems not managed by team despite having good repute so will try food in future.

They are simply the best their Biryani is delicious. Whenever I call to make an order someone always pick up the phone to take the Oder. The staff are very pleasant and personable people .they are friendly you willDefinitely be satisfied with their serviceWonderful hospitality. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat delicious and tasty food
