The food took a long time to arrive, which was quite frustrating, especially since everyone else started eating before us. I decided to ask for the manager, and Cedric came over to address the issue. He turned our bad experience around and made us feel valued.

I arrived late after work one night, and the bartender, Amanda, was fantastic. She was very nice and really skilled at her job. The staff was friendly, the food arrived quickly, and Amanda mixed an amazing drink. I will definitely be coming back!

We informed our waitress that we were vegetarians, but she didn’t mention anything about the beef in the fried food. The only reason we found out was because the manager noticed our vegetarian order while preparing it to go and mentioned the beef stock. He was apologetic, explaining that his staff is supposed to be trained to inform customers about this, which clearly didn’t happen in our case. For some, this might not be a major issue, but for my family and me, it is completely unacceptable. That’s why I won’t be returning to this restaurant again. It’s such a pity because the manager seems to genuinely care about his customers.

Katie was our server and she was amazing!!!!! Greeted us as we walked in and sat us down right away. Suggested the Buffalo Mac and cheese and she was absolutely right on how good it was. Also ordered 10 spicy garlic wings. She was very polite, attentive and friendly.

I wouldn't give stars if possible. Too expensive. Rude Server. Only 2 other small parties in the square had a long waiting time for a table. Food that shouldn't be sharp was extra sharp. How to cook chickens tenderly? Barely any brisket on Brisket Burger, McDonald's would do a better job with a Brisket Burger if they had one. The brisket burger is definitely not worth the price they charge. We all sat close to the server for more than 15 minutes after eating, and they didn't bring the check. We had to ask. Will never return.
