Kfc - Jeffersontown

The service can be hit or miss; at times, it's excellent, but other times, it's quite disappointing. I often request two legs instead of the thigh that comes with the leg and thigh meal, but I consistently receive small legs. I think I'll try a different KFC location next time. If I'm not satisfied, there are always Popeyes or Chick-fil-A to turn to.

I ordered dinner through DoorDash and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. KFC acknowledged their mistake, but when I called DoorDash for help after waiting for 43 minutes on the phone, I was informed that KFC was responsible for resolving the issue. I reached out to KFC and explained what DoorDash had told me, but they said they couldn't assist and directed me to their head office. After another 17 minutes on the line with the head office, I still received no help. It seems that no one wants to take responsibility for the error. If you're reading this and have encountered a similar issue, keep in mind that if you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charge. Credit card companies tend to be much easier to work with, and I'm currently disputing my situation.

I really enjoy their chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately, this location charges $1 more than the others. To make matters worse, the service here is terrible. This used to be our go-to KFC when we were younger, but it has deteriorated over the past few years. My last visit was quite disappointing! Luckily for them, Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with a small sprite. when I got my drink I asked for my receipt and then got my food and the door was shut. I waved for Madyson to open the door and I asked for my receipt again and got it. I didn't order 2 ketchuppackets and a dip cup. If the manager is reading this I suggest you fire Madyson. There is no excuse or reason for this tohappen.

I would give you zero Stars but the people who are working there were very nice. I had high hopes for the chicken sandwich from KFC since all they do is chicken I expected to be one of the best. The chicken sandwich may have been great but it was dried outand not juicy at all it's a common problem I seem to run into so I only half of it and threw the rest of it away because it wasso dried out KFC you lost the chicken wars on this one, Chick-fil-A will produce a perfect sandwich every single time that I'veever been. I didn't know chicken jerky was a thing though.
