Restaurant bewertenPleased because Weeping Radish was renovated. I'm glad we landed here. It wasn't so crowded and we could sit right now. The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly. We enjoyed all our meals. Her lemonade was fantastic. We will definitely come back!
Recommend stopping for lunch! Party: 6 adults, 3 children. When ordering multiple of one item, there is a chance they don't taste the same. Our food was amazing. Consistency was superb! Liv, server, did great. Drinks were full and she offered every course. Kept us informed about specials and convinced us to try a dessert, even though we could already be rolled out, stuffed to the brim, full. 40% Tip As a Marylander, any crab item is substandard since we are known for our crabs. HOWEVER this crab dip was phenomenal. Served with fried pita squares that were to die for. So delicious. Bang bang shrimp were sauced and friend perfectly. The wings were crispy and not overpowered by the sauce. BLT, fried fish sandwich, chicken tenders. All delicious. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was not our favorite. Chicken not as thinly sliced as I would have liked but great concept and flavor. Ceasar salad could have used less dressing. All in all. The chef on duty did a terrific job! Restrooms were cleaned and checked regularly. 2 Kid high chairs were not cleaned and needed additional attention.
BJ's Carolina Cafe is a must anytime I'm headed home from the beach. The restaurant is super clean and the staff is VERY friendly! The food? AMAZING! I recommend BJ's Carolina Cafe to anyone passing through to, or from, the OBX!
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Tara gave us the kindest and most friendly service I've received in a while. She was a pro at taking care of all the tables at once, while keeping her service personable. I had the Black and Bleu Burger and it was the best burger I've eaten in a LONG time. It was only eleven dollars for the large burger and a heaping of fries (which were delicious as well). Everyone in my family loved their food. Some of the kids in our party didn't finish their chicken fingers and cornbread, so I tried both and they were excellent! I left very full and very satisfied. Though we aren't in the area often, I definitely hope to return!
What a lovely experience! We (a party of 8) arrived before opening and when the restaurant opened, the waitress welcomed us. She was very kind and thoughtful during our entire meal. The food came out within about 15 minutes and was nice and hot! I ordered the pancakes with sausage. Some of my family shared our food with each other so I was able to try a lot. I also tried the steak, potatoes, and french toast. All were excellent! The prices are very considerate, the highest price I saw on the menu was $15. I hope to come back next year when we're in the area again.
