Starbucks - James City County

The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. After waiting in line, we pull to the speaker and *crickets*. After saying, “hello” 10 times, we decide to just pull the to the window and place our order. After getting to the window, the cashier gave us the total. We informed her that we had tried ordering, but no one was responding. She very rudely said “Okay, hold on a second”. A few moments later she came back and said, can you just pull around and go order again. We decided to just leave because never have I ever had service this terrible.

Promised fresh coffee and delivered hot water with a weak coffee taste. not worth 4bucks. Any 7 11 has better coffee and i am a long time starbucks customer.

Always like a good Starbucjs and a friendly place to sit and sip.

Idk its a starbucks and the ppl working there didn't look miserable.

On January 21, 2024, the sewage backed up and flooded the bathroom all the way to sitting area. They just pushed that murky sewage water back in the drain. Makes you wonder, if that’s ok for the employees working there, then what else is overlooked while they’re prepping my drink/food? is this chocolate in my Frappuccino? Or something else?
