Restaurant bewertenI came in when I heard that it was new management and it was great! Yesterday it was going and loved the honey-BQ wings. Maybe I found my new place while I was in my lunch break.
The cooks are amazing with the wellness of the food that they prepare. It’s very clean and the employees are always helpful and kind. The managers are amazing and stay on top of everything. One of the best places to get wings in Jacksonville no.
Awesome food! The new management has really turned this place around! If you haven’t been in a while I suggest giving them another shot, my families past experiences have definitely been made up for!!
The 1st time I ordered it took well over an hour to get and they forgot the ranch and celery. I paid extra for more ranch and for the celery. My fiance had to drive back to the store to get it. The 2nd time (months later) my fiance drove to pick up our delivery because it had been 2hrs and we were told at the 1 hour mark they were waiting for their delivery driver to come back. Well when my fiance got to the store to pick up our oder because it had been so long the bags were stapled and he asked if there was ranch in the bag and he assured him there was. When he got home with the food they messed the order up ans there was ZERO ranch! My fiance had to go back to the store again and asked for ranch that we again paid extra for and to correct the order. The fries were cold and the boneless wings were soggy!!!
When we first moved to Jacksonville we ordered and had the best experience. The last few times we have been missing items and have gotten cold soggy gross food. This last time they forgot half of our order, and the delivery guy said he’d go back to get it and an hour later we never heard anything so called and he said “he hasn’t been back to the store yet do you want me to send more when he gets back” after waiting an hour on top of the hour we had previously waited..no thank you. We won’t be ordering again. I don’t know what happened in the last 6 months but the quality and customer service has declined.Edit to ownerNo thank you, after multiple disappointments we’ll just take our business elsewhere
